By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using eBusinessGate (the "Service"), operated by SabriLogic LLC ("SabriLogic", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
eBusinessGate is a no-code platform that lets a business ("you", "your business account") build and run its own modules, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Each business account operates within its own isolated workspace and data store. Features, modules, and limits available to your account depend on your selected plan.
2. Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating a business account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your business account, including actions taken by users you invite or grant access to. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, continued use of paid features requires selecting a subscription plan and providing valid billing details. We may change or end free trial offers at any time without notice.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal until you cancel. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for early cancellation.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to another business account, our infrastructure, or another customer's data; (c) reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as your plan expressly permits; (d) upload content that infringes a third party's rights or is malicious; or (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
7. Your Data & Content
You retain all ownership rights to the data, records, and content you or your users create within your business account ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. You may export your Customer Data at any time while your account is active.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SabriLogic and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business operations.
9. Service Availability & Changes
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, add, or remove features, or perform maintenance, at any time.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SabriLogic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SabriLogic harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do; material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
